the waitresses were not really friend, you would have to call them for them to acknowledge you. when they bring out the food and drink drops it amd no smile. you can tell she didnt want to be there today. apart from that, beautiful establishment good food it seems and i loved the drinks.

Van supposed to pick at 7:30am finally van came at 8:50. Staff is polite. but slow in response to whatsapp message or call. we started late and finished late. Good is No spot was skipped. Note food is served at Phi Phi island. Do not miss the queue to buffet place, else you might be lost in Huge crowd. No option to connect to guide. food options are limited, but good taste. most people struggle with Snookeling mask and pipe. Salt water come inside. But view is amezing, a life time memory. Be carefull, make sure you or your feet does not touch coral. At Khai island, during swimming, my son got stung by sea urchin. It is really painful. Guide helped to put vinegar and pushed the nails inside. i thing it is better to remove by tweezer. As suggested by guide, applied lemon at hotel. now no pain. island entry fee is not included. I recommend to give option to include the island entry fee while booking online.

This day trip was an amazing way to see some of Thailand’s most iconic islands in one day. The speedboat made the journey quick and comfortable, giving us more time to enjoy each stop rather than spending hours travelling.
Maya Bay was absolutely stunning — the water is incredibly clear and the limestone cliffs are even more impressive in person. Although swimming is restricted to protect the reef, walking along the beach and taking photos was still a highlight.
At Phi Phi, there was enough free time to explore, swim, and relax. The snorkeling spots were beautiful with plenty of marine life, and the water visibility was excellent.
Monkey Beach was fun and unique — seeing the monkeys in their natural environment was memorable.
The crew were friendly, organised, and informative, and everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off. Lunch and refreshments were well organised and added to the overall value.

Excellent service by the Once Phuket Yacht Company. The trip to Similan Islands was very well organized and managed by the guides. They were very helpful throughout the tour. The food was also nice, and plenty of refreshments were available throughout the day. The guides especially made efforts to make us see the turtles swimming inside the ocean. It was a very wonderful experience for all of us.

Overall, I enjoyed the trip. The boat is quite large, accommodating over 70 people. However, there is still ample personal space, which is a positive. The guides were very helpful. While it may not be a luxury boat, it is superior to other average boats due to the personal space it provides. We were fortunate to have a corner where we could lie down and even take a nap after lunch, which was very pleasant. Regarding the cost, it is worth $200, maybe? Klook seems a bit more expensive, so you can book directly by searching for the boat's name. The overall experience was good, and the guides even took complimentary pictures of us. The boat conditions were satisfactory. Overall, it was a fun trip.

Oh my gosh what an incredible experience! I booked this excursion hesitantly, because I LOVE elephants, and don't want to partake in anything that has to do with abusing an animal. I was impressed with the introductory speech Nancy gave, giving us a background on the elephants history, where they're rescued from, appropriate activity and actions around the elephants while we're near them. It was saddening to hear the stories of some of the elephants and what they have been rescued from, but also so heartwarming to see them thriving in an environment where they're clearly loved and cared for. Feeding the elephants was so fun! Each elephant has their own personality, and you can see that through their behavior. I spent the washing time petting them instead, and don't regret any of it for a second. When we come back to Thailand to Chiang Mai, we'll visit their sister locations in the northern part of the location. Thank you Nancy, Eddy, and Mr M! We had a wonderful time!

The tickets bought from Klook were reasonable and easy to redeem! We did purchase the Royal Upgrade seat and dinner ticket which was worth the purchase. There is enough Veg options in buffet and Royal seat was worth to see the show with good view(no phones/cameras are allowed though inside the show!). Overall the place is worth visiting that involves nice games(paid) with ur family and the shows which are spectacular!

Everything was great. Except the constant climb uphill for activities. would have been convenient if they offered a buggy ride to the attraction entrance. the facilitators were experts and safety oriented. food was hot, fresh and tasty. variety of food and activities to spend half day at max. very efficient pick up and drop. highly recommended.
