• Passenger capacity: 10 passengers excluding the driver
• Luggage allowance: 1 pieces of standard-sized luggages
• Please limit the weight of baggage to a maximum of 4 kg
• Standard Luggage Size: 30cm x 30cm x 20cm.
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 1+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 1-3 can join this activity free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
• Children aged 11+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or above.
