We had a great trip! From start, getting onto the capsule train was very smooth and able to skip all the queue, then we went to the cultural village and shopping area, tried the hotteok too! Our guide Victoria is very friendly and even share w us her fav snacks, thanks! Will recommend it to others who wish to try capsule train and save all the trouble of getting rides to diff venues:)

The journey was convenient, and the boat departed on time. The staff provided excellent service, and there were drinks available on board. You register at the registration center first, then queue up to board the boat. Photo services are available for both phone and Polaroid. The weather is still cold, so it would be great to bring warm clothes. I recommend the night fireworks cruise over the daytime one, especially if there's no sun.

Considering it was a 24-hour period, I thought about various courses. In the end, I used the pass from 2 PM until 2 PM the next day. First thing in the morning, I went to Gamcheon Culture Village → Huinnyeoul Culture Village → Arte Museum (pass activated) → Songdo Marine Cable Car. The next day, I got off at Songjeong, the final stop, via the Beach Train → I went to Skyline Luge, but there was a huge line, so I took a taxi back from Songjeong to Haeundae via the Beach Train → X the Sky (pass deactivated). Looking back, I think it might have been better to go to a spa in Centum City at the end of the first day. For all the attractions covered by the pass, you have to complete the reception process, but except for the Beach Train, the signs were easy to understand, and many of the staff spoke Japanese. The Beach Train had a huge line after 9 AM. The queuing system was a bit confusing. The leftmost line on the first floor was for tickets. Despite the long line, it moved smoothly, and I was able to get a reservation for 10:45 AM. You can get off the Beach Train multiple times along the way, but you have to wait for the next train, so please be mindful of your schedule. It's a bit worrying not knowing how crowded places will be until you get there. For places you absolutely don't want to miss, I recommend going first thing in the morning!

Easy to buy but best in advance & then must make reservations & redeem tickets on the Haeundae Blueline website, instructions look complicated but its easy in the end...then it gets easier - just show up at reserved timing period. Lets GO!

The rates on Klook were much cheaper than the walk-in prices at the attraction. I was able to book our tickets online right at the entrance, and the QR codes were emailed to me instantly, making the process quick and hassle-free. The aquarium has a great variety of sea creatures and is a fun attraction to visit if you’re already spending time at Haeundae Beach. My son had an amazing time and really enjoyed the experience!

Most hotels in Busan only allow check-in after 5 PM. We arrived at Busan Airport at 7 AM after taking a midnight flight, so we had to think of activities to do in the city before checking into our hotel. That's how we found Centum City SpaLand. We bought tickets online and decided to relax there first. This place is located inside a large shopping mall, right next to a city subway station, and has its own separate entrance (remember to look for the independent entrance; don't try to enter through the mall, as it only opens at 11 AM). Inside, there are separate areas for men and women, with pools of various temperatures. If you're interested, you can try the 'ice and fire' experience to relax your tired body. There are also many sauna-like rooms, including rock salt rooms and ice rooms, where you can sit or lie down as you please – there's definitely a room for everyone. Other amenities include a snack area, a large relaxation area where you can surf the internet and watch TV, and, most uniquely, a restaurant that offers DIY ramen. For one price, you can choose a packet of instant noodles from many varieties, and they provide a noodle cooker, side dishes (kimchi, bean sprouts, sausages, cheese, etc.), and seasonings. Guests can cook their own ramen, and once finished, it tastes a bit like Korean army stew – very interesting! We spent several hours here. It was our first 'attraction' and first experience in Busan. The admission and expenses were not high, so we highly recommend giving it a try!

As a solo traveler, this was such a fun experience, even sharing a cable car with strangers. We ooo’ed and ahh’ed as the cable car took us over water, alongside Songdo beach. I wanted to spend more time around Amnam park but I was short on time and it was way too hot for a brisk hike. The return trip was just as lovely and comfortable.

A very good experience riding the luge. Reach early to avoid the large crowd. It would be good if there is no need to change to a physical ticket at the counter. Had to queue just for ticket exchange. overall good experience.

This is awesome! We’ve got to see Busan from above. The view was really great. I highly recommend this activity when you are in Busan. This is where the highest Starbucks in the world located. Make sure to visit that too!

What to know before visiting Busan

Highlights: Busan’s top things to do through the year

Busan’s visitors most often book attraction passes, followed by cable car rides and guided tours, with activity levels peaking in March and dipping through July and August. Demand climbs again into November and the spring surge makes March the busiest month for bookings.

Best activities for families, couples and solo travellers

Families will find attraction passes and playgrounds easy to tailor to kids, offering a mix of family-friendly sites and flexible entry options. Couples often gravitate to cable cars for scenic views and to water activities for a touch of adventure together. Solo travellers and small groups can pick from tours and attraction passes to suit different budgets and interests — tours give local insight while passes let solo planners hop between highlights.

What travellers from the Philippines should book ahead

With a typical booking lead time around nine days, most visitors from the Philippines can afford some flexibility and often secure things a few days before travel, but the earliest planners still book about three weeks ahead. Booking in advance really matters in March, the peak month, when popular experiences fill up faster.

How the main categories compare on price and fit

Cable cars are the easiest, lower-cost entry point for scenic experiences, while tours sit at the higher end of the typical price range and suit travellers wanting guided context. Attraction passes show the widest range of options and prices, making them the most flexible choice for different budgets and trip styles. Water activities and playgrounds generally fall into mid-range levels and suit active families or travellers after hands-on experiences.
