- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 3 days prior to the scheduled date: 50% refund
- Cancellation 1 day prior to the scheduled date: 30% refund
- Cancellation on the day of use: No refund / Non-refundable
- In the event that operations are impossible due to natural disasters or severe weather conditions (such as high waves, heavy rain, strong winds, etc.), a full refund will be issued. (Please note that tours operate normally in the event of regular/light rain).

⚠️ Important Information Arrival Time Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Please bring your passport or valid ID. Infants Children under 24 months old can board free of charge. However, a passport is required for identification. A copy or photo of the passport is acceptable. Weather Conditions The yacht tour operates even in rainy weather, and raincoats will be provided when necessary. If the tour is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, including strong winds, typhoons, or heavy rain warnings, you will receive a full refund. Life Jackets Life jackets must be worn while on board in accordance with safety regulations. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited on the yacht. A fine may be imposed if smoking is detected. Late Arrival / No-Show Please arrive on time. Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Day-of-Tour Instructions Our staff may contact you on the day of your tour by phone, text message, or other means with additional boarding instructions. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and that you are available to receive our messages or calls. Failure to receive or respond to the instructions, or failure to arrive at the meeting point on time, may be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Very nice short cruise with a magnificent view of the Busan skyline! The staff was adorable with a photo session and a small pyrotechnic show. We did it at sunset, I recommend it!
We watched the drone show, enjoyed the beautiful night scenery, and the kids were very happy setting off fireworks.
we loved the captain and staff. we were sitting at the right spot and the right time because he took great care of us, making sure we had great photo opportunities. he seemed like he really enjoyed his job and was so happy. made me want to ve like him. the staff made sure we had life jackets on and offered to take the photos too. I just loved them especially the captain. please make sure he hears the compliments. the fireworks were also a nice surprise. so glad the other place canceled my booking so I can book with you instead. it was a blessing.
If you're visiting Busan, I highly recommend the 7:30 PM yacht tour on a Saturday! It's definitely worth the price! 👍👍👍 The atmosphere is great, the view is beautiful, and there are spectacular fireworks and drone shows. ✨️😍👌 You really can't miss it! 😄
one of a kind experience!
1. The staff did not speak English and could not communicate effectively, resulting in unclear or non-provided services (developing photos). 2. I already had a purchase receipt, but they kept asking me to provide proof of credit card deduction, wasting more than 20 minutes. 3. The staff took away the life jackets while the yacht was still sailing on the sea on the return trip, which is a very serious safety issue.
