We had such a great time! Snorkelling was so much fun and the guides were so helpful to point out the best snorkel spots. For our friend that didn’t swim, they taught her how to drive the boat as we were part of a smaller snorkel group, and she got to drive us to our next snorkel spot! Our guide, Oka, was so so lovely and helpful. He greeted us right from the harbour dock when we got off the ferry and helped us get from the snorkel tour and took us to the tour spots. He was so lovely to chat to, super funny and was extremely accommodating to help make sure we got the best out of our trip. Thank you so much, Oka! 🙏🏻 Our hotel transfer driver, Dana was also punctual, helpful and made sure we enjoyed the ride, we also got car DJ privileges. Highly recommend this day trip.

I joined the Mount Batur sunrise jeep tour through klook and it turned out to be one of the best travel experiences I’ve had in Bali. From the moment we were picked up until the end of the trip, everything was smooth, organized, and truly enjoyable. What made it even more special was having Ngurah & Kadek as our guides. The jeep ride up the mountain was exciting and comfortable. no long hike needed, just a fun off road adventure with beautiful views along the way. The sunrise view was stunning. i really impressed with their photography and videography skills. They knew all the best spots and angles videos to cinematic shots and natural candid moments. They guided us on poses and made sure every photo turned out perfect. If you are planning a Mount Batur trip, I truly recommend choosing the jeep experience and especially going with Ngurah & Kadek. Their hospitality, professionalism, and creativity made this tour feel personal, fun, and unforgettable. Would definitely book again! 💯✨

Wayan and Wira were great guides! They gave us plenty of historical context which helped us appreciate the tour and the significance of the locations we went to. We felt safe while traveling with them as they were experienced drivers who managed to navigate the terrain with ease. They took the initiative to help us find different ways to pose, giving us suggestions on where and when to take pictures. Their humour and easygoing personalities made it easy for us to communicate with them and we were thoroughly engaged by their tour! Overall, we found this experience to be exceedingly enjoyable and entertaining, and we are extremely satisfied with Wira and Wayan! Thank you for the wonderful tour!

Where to begin?! This tour was amazing from beginnig to end! First dropped off for white water rafting, had a welcome drink, put on a vest, grabbed a paddle and onto the truck. You get transferred to the top of the trail and it’s about 10 mins walk down to the river. Paddle down the river, jump in and float down, stand under a waterfall, stop to have a beer half way and then keep going. After rafting, there is shower facilities, lunch was included so had some chicken curry, mie goreng and watermelon. Next we traveled to Alasan Adventures for the ATV. The set up was beautiful. Met at the lobby area and then directed up to the prep area where you got your locker key to store your gear then put on your ‘socks’ (plastic bags for your feet, hilarious), gumboots, and helmet. after a quick instruction off you went, it was amazing riding though mud, up and down, through a tunnel. After ATV have a shower and go to their restaurant which is gorgeous for more food. loved this and would go again!

Our guide Kadek was awesome! The rides from our hotel to Uluwatu were very long, but his drive was smooth and vehicle was big and spacious. We didn’t have any discomfort or motion sickness. He prepared water for us at every stop, checking on us ensuring that we are okay and comfortable. He even helped to take photos and videos (really appreciate that). The uluwatu temple was full of monkeys but he fended us against them. Totally recommend Guide Kadek !!! Thumbs up!

We had the most magical morning doing the dolphin watching and snorkeling tour in Lovina, Bali. Watching the dolphins dance in the ocean as the sun rose was something straight out of a dream. The water was calm, the sky was painted with colors, and the dolphins were playful and full of joy — a moment we’ll never forget. Later, we visited the stunning Gitgit Waterfall, hidden in the lush green forest. The sound of the water, the cool mist, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a little paradise. It was refreshing, calming, and a perfect way to connect with nature. What truly made the whole experience special was our guide, Adi. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the day. From sharing stories to guiding us with a big smile, he made us feel so welcome and taken care of. You can tell he loves what he does — and that made all the difference. A great place to dine out at. The Jepun seafood meal package was great and delicious. I highly recommend dining in from 6:00 p.m. onwards to enjoy the sunset on the beach and candle light dining experience

I had an exceptionally wonderful experience on today’s Mount Batur trip—truly one of the highlights of my time in Bali. From the very beginning, everything was handled with great professionalism and warmth. My driver, GEDE, was punctual, friendly, and made the early morning pickup feel comfortable and easy. When we arrived at the base of the mountain, we switched to the photographer and jeep guide, NGURAH, who was equally amazing—patient, attentive, and extremely welcoming. One of the biggest highlights of the day was Ngurah’s exceptional photography skills. He is truly talented—not just good, but incredibly good. His understanding of lighting, angles, timing, and composition is impressive. He guided me through poses naturally, helped me relax in front of the camera, and knew exactly how to capture the beauty of the starry sky and the sunrise. Thanks to him, every photo turned out stunning, almost like professional travel-magazine shots. The results were absolutely outstanding; the photos far exceeded my expectations. Even better, he delivered the images to us incredibly fast—almost immediately after shooting—showing great efficiency and professionalism. During the drive, he made the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. His warmth made the experience feel personal, comfortable, and truly memorable. Overall, it was a perfect trip from start to finish—beautiful scenery, a great atmosphere, and an amazing team who genuinely cared about creating a meaningful experience.
