In light of the COVID-19, The Farm at San Benito has posed strict safety and health measures for both its employees and guests. As of writing, The Farm has reported zero COVID-19 positive cases since their reopening last May. Antibody COVID-19 Rapid Test Fee:
All guests are required to undergo a 15min FDA approved Antibody COVID-19 rapid test prior entry at Php 1,500 per person additional charge. This is to ensure your stay at The Far, will be safe and comfortable.

Pre-Arrival and Terms and Conditions
- Guests are requested to arrive at The Farm at 10 AM in order to get proper orientation and COVID-19 rapid testing. (NOTE: All guests are required to undergo a 15min antibody COVID 19 rapid test prior entry. The Farm’s FDA-approved rapid test has sensitivity of IgG 95%, IgM 92% and specificity for IgG 92%, IgM 96%, based on local studies at Php1,830 net per person additional fee).
- Guests who will test positive for COVID-19 will not be allowed to enter The Farm premises including the companions. Full refund will be made, excluding the COVID-19 rapid test fee.
- The Farm is pet friendly. Pet Fee is at Php 700 per pet.
