    Most of us probably aren’t used to staying home for an extended amount of time. But due to the coronavirus pandemic, people all over the world have been tasked to stay home and practice social distancing for their safety.
    To make the most of this quarantine period, why not tackle new projects, rekindle old interests, or discover new hobbies? Just in case you’re running out of ideas for what to do during this time, we’ve listed 26 things you can do at home - from Adorable Home to Zumba!
    A is for Adorable Home

    Adorable Home, is a new free-to-play mobile app game for cat-lovers and The Sims fans! The game allows you to choose a partner to build a home with, become pet owners, and even decorate your space. This relaxing game will have you constantly grabbing your phone to check on your virtual cats!
    B is for Baking Cookies
    Merienda time! We can’t think of a better afternoon snack than some freshly baked cookies! With simple recipes you can find online, making your own chocolate chip cookies or oatmeal cookies will be time well spent. Not only are they fun to make, but also delicious to eat!
    C is for Cooking Classes

    If you’ve been on social media the past few days, you’ve probably come across a reverse latte called Dalgona Coffee! This Tiktok famous coffee is made up of a layer of milk topped with a thick layer of coffee foam, which you can make by vigorously mixing instant coffee, sugar, and water.     E-numans are the new inumans. Socializing in the time of coronavirus has got people doing drinking parties through video conference calls - and not gonna lie, it definitely makes social distancing a little bit more bearable! All you have to do is grab your drink of choice and set up a video conference with your barkada! To make it more interesting, do group games or sing karaoke!
    F is for Facetime
    When reconnecting with your loved ones that live far away, Facetime is the go-to app. However, with the current situation, people are using Facetime now more than ever to connect with anyone they miss. Keep yourself entertained and connected with friends and family through face-to-face video calls.
    G is for Gardening
    Taking care of a plant is no joke. It requires time and TLC, thankfully being at home for a couple weeks will allow you just that.! Get started with a new hobby and take up gardening! A green thumb is totally achievable - who knows? Flowers may be blooming under your care sooner than you think!

    J is for Jenga
    Jenga, a classic wooden block game, is the perfect bonding game to play at home with you family. The game is played with a stack of wooden blocks made into a tower and players take turns removing one block at a time. Each block removed is then placed on top of the tower. The fun starts when the structure grows and becomes unstable. The player that makes the stack fall loses and usually does a consequence.

    The Netflix series Kingdom is a must-see for both K-drama and zombie flick lovers. It’s also Netflix’s first original Korean series with the second season just launching earlier this month. Set in 15th century South Korea, Kingdom is a wonderfully shot and unique take on the popular zombie genre.
    L is for Livestream concerts
    Chris Martin of Coldplay started an at-home trend among celebrities. He went live on Instagram and entertained fans with a Q&A session and a mini concert with songs fans requested. He then challenged other artists to do the same thus starting the livestream concerts trend that has prompted even local artists to do free concerts online.
    M is for Meditation
    Meditation has many benefits including making you relaxed and improving focus. It’s also good for your body and home meditation is definitely something you can do. Simply sit or lie comfortably, close your eyes, make no effort to control the breath and simply breathe naturally.
    Headspace is a great place to start if you’d like to start meditating. Plus, the app is currently offering additional free sessions for a limited time. 
    N is for Netflix Parties

    Netflix Party is a great way to stay connected with your friends through this quarantine period. Install the Netflix Party chrome extension on your computer and invite your friends to watch the same show through a conference link. Netflix Party synchronized video playback and adds group chat to your favorite Netflix shows for two times the fun!
    O is for Online Classes
    Go back to school this quarantine period through online classes! There are a plethora of classes available online, from business to design, cooking to baking and even a class that talks about the science of happiness! There’s something online for everyone. 
    P is for Pet time!
