We finally get to watch movies on the big screen again!

For almost two years now, cinemas all over the world have been shut down in accordance with health protocols implemented by governments.
But now that more people are vaccinated and local cases are decreasing, everybody is asking: when will cinemas reopen in Manila? Well, entertainment courtesy of the silver screen is finally back as cinemas are open now in Metro Manila and other major cities. They opened on November 10.
The announcement was made by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) as it lowered the alert for the National Capital Region to Level 2.

    • Eating and drinking inside the cinema is not allowed
    • Theaters will be implementing social distancing with two seats vacant between moviegoers.
    • Air ventilation inside the cinema will be improved
    • All seats will be deep-cleaned after every showing
