With the 2019 Klook Travel Fest just around the corner, everyone is excited to book out of this world deals and book their dream holiday through Klook. Whether it’s your first time exploring the Klook Universe or you’ve come back for an out of this world experience, everyone wants to be able to book the best deals for their dream holiday. Consider these 12 tips from Klook Travel Fest insiders so you can make the most of your trip to the Klook Universe!

Before arriving at the Klook Travel Fest, make sure you add to cart all the activities or attractions you want to book. This is so you can book them at the lowest rates as quickly as possible. Remember, many travel deals – especially out Hot Deals – run out VERY fast, so you wouldn’t want to waste time finding the products and inputting your booking details. Also, some hot deals will include multiple additions to your cart (i.e. “Buy 1, Get 1”, etc.). Make sure that you have the total amount of bookings in your cart when you purchase so if you’re availing of a buy 1, get 1 promo, you’ll need to have 2 activities in your cart when you checkout so the promo code will work.

First things first – payments for any Klook booking is 100% cashless and in-app, so expect the same during the fest itself.

We want everyone to experience seamless booking transactions which is why we accept all major credit and debit cards as payment for your bookings in-app. That said, be sure to prepare these cards and related documents for faster transactions.

*Note: Several Klook products also require passport details of all activity participants so be sure to bring those with you as well.

Several of Klook’s products and activities require the complete travel details of all activity participants. For instance, our JR Passes and other rail products require customers to input each participant’s passport details before checkout – so make sure you have this information at the ready during the fest!

Before heading to the event, it’s good to have an idea of what activities you’re interested to do or the products you want to book. We recommend listing these activities and products down to show our booking agents on-site for a quicker booking process. Checking out the activities offered on Klook also allow you to gauge what activities are available for your travel dates.

Now that you have your list of activities you want to book, make sure to visit Itinerary Planning Stations. During Klook Travel Fest 2019, several Itinerary Planning Stations will be set up. Make sure to use these stations and talk to the helpful Klook agents at the booths to help set up your preferred activities for your dream destinations.

There’s going to be a ton of things happening all at once during the Klook Travel Fest 2019 – from panel discussions with your favorite travel personalities to out of this world travel deals and prizes. If you’re interested in getting your hands on these, be sure to check out our schedule before visiting to find the most suitable time for your visit! Checking the schedule means that you won’t be in the dark as to what activities are going to be up for hot deals and be able to plan accordingly.

The schedules for the Hot Deals, Talks, and special programs will be announced via our Facebook and through email. So be sure to be subscribed to both!

Not sure how to book or want to know how you can maximize discounts during the festival? Head on over to the booking station and ask for some assistance!

If you already know how to book your activities on Klook, it is not necessary for you to line up the booking station in order to avail of the travel deals. Once you have the promo code and activities in the cart, all you need to do is input into the box, redeem, and book – all through your Klook app!

While the out of this world travel deals is one of the highlights of Klook Travel Fest 2019, don’t be afraid to explore and check out all the merchant booths available on site. While you may already be set on which activities or products you want to book, you might just find a product or activity that might just suit your itinerary!

Plus – many of the merchant booths also hold product-specific discounts, too!

Keep in mind that you cannot use more than 1 promo code per transaction – our system simply doesn’t allow it!

There will be multiple promo codes flashed and presented throughout the day, and although it can get a little bit overwhelming, we can assure you that you’ll leave with huge travel savings!
