    This classic Filipino restaurant serves traditional Filipino dishes with the scenery of Taal Volcano from the terrace. It is highly recommended that you get to try their famous sizzling bulalo in Tagaytay which is prepared with 1-2 kilos of braised beef and is served on a sizzling cast iron platter with mushroom sauce on the side. You'll also find bottled goods, cookies, and more at their pasalubong section beside the main entrance where you can purchase biscocho and napoleones as their most popular pasalubong. You may get there earlier if you want to save a spot for parking since this bulalohan is often crowded with locals and tourists.

    Tourists flock to this popular Tagaytay bulalohan serving Filipino cuisine while overlooking Taal Lake since 2017. Their famous bulalo in Tagaytay are often feasted along with their iconic garlic rice and other popular dishes like sisig Bangus, Enseladang Mangga, and fried tawilis freshly caught from Mt. Taal. And when the temperature gets colder, they'll even bring you extra bulalo soup! They also rent out their Kubo seats for as low as Php1, 250.

    People who have been to this Tagaytay bulalohan claim that every item on their menu is high-quality and reasonably priced— placing bulalo in the spotlight. Aside from this, they serve their bulalo in a hot pot, ensuring that its freshness is sustained upon order. Other best-selling foods include Crispy Tawilis, Sisig, and a large range of dishes with meat, vegetables, and noodles. You may order these meals on their own or as part of a larger set. As a bonus, while you're waiting for your food, they rent out karaoke machines for those of you who aren't afraid of getting up to sing. If you’re a singer by heart, you’d probably love this place!

    5. Viewsite Restaurant

    You may want to make this your first stop on your way to or from the area if you’re looking for one of the longest restaurants serving bulalo in Tagaytay along the road. A few of their best-selling items include their bulalo special, as well as the grilled squid and the grilled tuna belly. As a local favorite, its Kinilaw na Tanigue serves you an authentic flavor of Filipino cuisine. Some regulars though are disappointed that this bulalohan in Tagaytay relocated from Nasugbu Highway, where they could see the Taal Lake and Volcano before to a highway with no views at all.

    As one of the most popular bulalohan in Tagaytay, Josephine's is renowned for serving authentic Filipino food. The inclusion of pastries and kakanin in their menu has made it a must-visit to celebrate Filipino local dishes. And the best place to sit there is next to the window with an overlooking view of Mt. Taal. Although their special bulalo in Tagaytay is popular with tourists, they are also recognized for their wide variety of fresh seafood dishes. Expect long lines and a packed scene since this iconic restaurant is regularly crowded.

Aside from their popularity they also offer budget-friendly food despite the hype and fried tawilis is one of their best-selling meals along with other popular dishes like pork sisig and stuffed squid. They also offer huts overlooking the Taal Volcano available for outdoor eating, or you may dine indoors.

    This popular bulalohan spot in Tagaytay is another restaurant overlooking Taal Volcano from its highway setting. Most people enjoy their bulalo here accompanied by sizzling sisig and kare-kare which are three of their best-selling items. More than 10 popular tourist dishes are on the menu, and all of them are reasonably priced. Since they've been in the limelight of popularity for such a long period, the majority of their seats and tables were worn and faded already. Yet, this only proves how much tourists love their food!
