Step 1: Make sure to download the Klook app and sign up!
Before anything else, make sure you have the Klook app downloaded on your phone! Sign up via email address, phone number, or via linked social media pages. Click this link here to sign up!
Step 2: In Settings: Set language to English - Philippines
To make sure your phone is set properly, in Settings input your Language to English - Philippines. This way, all your bookings are found to to be under the correct language and region.
Step 3: In Update Personal Info (below name): make sure to fill up your personal details.
One of the most important steps is completing all your details under Personal Info. Be guided in the infographic above and place all the details needed for your account.
Step 4: In Update Personal Info (below name): country/region of residence should be set to Philippines.
Once all your Personal Info is inputted correctly, make sure to place your region of residence as 'Philippines'.
Step 5: In My Details pre-log and save your contact information and save your credit card details
To make checkouts more seamless, pre-log your contact information and credit card details, so purchasing is more seamless and streamlined. This also gives you an advantage on May 8 where you can quickly checkout with the promo code!
Step 6: Preplan and add to cart all interested activities. Applicable to ALL activities on Klook app.
