"Umitari" is a place where you can enjoy feeling the changing seasons of the Sea of Japan. There are many highlights, such as the "Sea of Japan Terrace" where the large tank and the surface of the Sea of Japan appear as one, the powerful "Dolphin Performance" by bottlenose dolphins, and the "Magellan Penguin Museum" where you can see over 120 Magellan penguins, the largest number in Japan.
