The voucher was easily redeemable, no hassle. In exchange for the voucher we were given printed tickets by the HOHO staff onsite. The pick up point was in front of Duomo building. As it was for 24 hrs so we used from 11.30am on 13 Apr to 11.30am on 14 Apr so keep the tickets for another day or until the 24hrs is utilized. We used the HOHO Milan 3x. Ticket price through Klook was much cheaper. Highly recommended activity.

There are four routes in total, red, blue, green and yellow. Tourists can hop on and off to visit scenic spots according to their own preferences. It is a very convenient means of transportation, but remember to control your time. However, it happened that it suddenly rained heavily during the few days I was in Milan, and all the passengers on the upper deck were caught off guard and were soaked in the rain. It was useless for someone to use an umbrella to protect themselves from the rain. It is best to prepare your own raincoat. In addition, it is recommended that the tour bus company install a transparent plastic sheet on the upper deck to protect the passengers from rain. In case of temporary rain, tourists may suddenly get wet and ruin their fun.

You can get on and off as many times as you like on the four routes in Milan all day long. I was able to visit many popular and famous attractions on this double-decker bus. The audio guide on the bus is available in over 10 languages, and it's also nice to be able to listen to the guide in Japanese. If you have time, the two-day course is a good deal.

different line bus has open window and closed window on the top. we took the 48hrs. used the bus to go to some of our destination, so its like 2-in-1. we stayed near the milan centrale where line b bus located, so it was convenient for us.

This hop on hop off bus is a very efficient and effective way to get to know the city highlights plus having 24 hours pass allows you to hop on and off to the nearest attractions without any additional payments. Also, there were 4 lines and 4 routes available. So, you will need a full day itself if you want to properly and fully cover the highlights of Milan properly. The images are ones captured in the Green line.
