St. Moritz and Swiss Alps with Bernina Red Train from Milan

Views from the train are beautiful. However, we were only allow to stop at St Moritz for too short time. At the end, we stopped at Tirano for less than 30 min and also no time to have lunch.

Everyone should join this tour nice scenery and once in a life time. The bus ride to Switzerland St Moritz is 3 hours but worth the journey

I joined this tour from Milan. Unfortunately, we were stuck in traffic for over an hour, so the time in St. Moritz was reduced from two hours to less than one. It felt very rushed because I only managed to buy a postcard and a magnet before needing to return to the meeting point, though I understand the traffic was outside the tour’s control. The Bernina Train experience was very good. The weather was perfect, and we could clearly see the snow-covered mountains, frozen lakes and all the beautiful scenery. The tour description mentioned a visit to the Italian border town of Tirano, but in reality it was only a short 20-minute rest stop to use the toilet and buy some snacks before heading back to Milan, so there was no time for sightseeing.

An amazing day out and definitely with the money. We had a wonderful guide who provided information all along the way. The weather was really mixed but the low clouds made for some fantastic photos.

great long trip… highly recommended for ppl who would like to see Italy country side and beautiful St Moriz… snowfall in June was highlight … guess we were extremely lucky … our guide Hajo was excellent !!

The trip took off on time from Milan. We had 3 breaks - two short ones for breakfast and tea, and a longer break at St.Moritz. The weather was around 0*C but the temperature within the bus was controlled. On the train, many lowered the windows to get better shots. And it was worth braving the cold for this luxury.
