The environment can be given 100 points. I made a reservation for a massage at 10:30 and arrived 15 minutes early, but I still had to wait for a long time. I feel that the front desk's arrangement ability needs to be improved. The masseur is very friendly and has good skills. If you like to enjoy the environment, you don't want a very powerful massage. You can choose this one, and Klook offers a good discount compared to hotel prices.

The environment is beautiful, but the price of booking in person is expensive. Klook is a great value. It is better to book by email two to three days in advance. However, you may book a special group purchase from outside. The attitude of the front desk staff at the spa is different. The 90-minute spa massage is okay. Give it a try

If you stay at either anantara or avani+ riverside, it can be a good choice. I really liked the atmosphere. It is one of the most expensive spa in Bangkok but I’m not sure it’s a must. Although it was a very luxurious and relaxing, the actual outcome was about the same as cheaper ones.

Booked it on Klook for my mother today and had a totally different experience than she had a few days ago with the full price and same type of massage. The masseuse a few days ago was very professional, hard in all the right places and knew exactly what she was doing. However today my mother had an awful massage by one of the other masseuses, she was just touching her throughout the experience and barely massaging at all. Entered a room with two beds instead of a single bed room as well.
