I can only give a great review for this tour. Our guide was so informative and friendly he made the whole experience one to remember. The food was amazing, If your in osaka a must do tour. Congratulations 🎊👏.

While our guide, Patrick was great and knowledgeable. There was a decent amount of waiting for guests who were late or who went to the washroom mid- tour. There was also a dinner at the end, but the value of the meal didn’t align with the price tag. Again though, heavily enjoyed the content of the tour itself.

Easily one of the best parts of our trip! We had such a fun time and everything exceeded expectations. Our guide, Taka, was fantastic — super friendly, engaging, and made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about making it a great experience for everyone. Would absolutely recommend this tour!

It was a great experience with very interesting insights that you wouldn't otherwise get. Our tour guide Mari gave an excellent tour. She knows a lot about the history of the country and the city. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who wants to see the other side of the city.

Really appreciated learning about Osaka through neighborhoods not usually visited by tourists. Our guide was very informative and answered some great questions from our group about the culture in Osaka and what daily life looks like for the average citizen. He was also very considerate of the people in our group and provided alternatives in case any group members were uncomfortable during any part of the tour. The food was delicious!

Knox was a fabulous tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and great fun as well. This tour took us to places we wouldn't have gone ourselves and it was great to see a different side of Osaka away from what the tourists usually see. We highly recommend this tour and particularly with the dinner option as we got to spend a bit more time with Knox and find out even more about life in this fascinating city along with some great food. We had the pleasure of having Tommy as our guide for last night’s backstreet tour. He was engaging and friendly from the beginning and quickly worked to make every single member of the group feel welcome. He was knowledgeable, entertaining and by far the best tour guide we’ve had across the many tours we’ve participated in. Shedding light on the gritty underbelly of Osaka, he made us all feel safe while answering our questions very patiently. Can’t recommend Tommy or the Backstreet Osaka Tour group more highly!
