Kamakura was beautiful! Our driver was kind, respectful, and very patient with our large group. Even without much verbal communication, he was attentive and made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
As Kamakura does not have places where the coach can stop, our driver Mr Lv has to let us get off and moved to somewhere else to wait for us. He is very punctual, and prompt in responding my messages. He also caters to where we wanted to go and adjust the route accordingly. We did some really nice shopping there and overall the trip was nice. With group of 6 and there is elderly, it will be easier to have a day trip like this.
Mr. Li is an EXCEPTIONAL driver and I am not even exagerrating. He was very courteous, kind, helpful, communicative, and courteous. We all appreciated his manner of driving and his suggestions on what to do. For our drop off point, he really made sure to drop us at exactly the area we indicated even if he had a hard time.
