It was the best decision for the entire trip. The ship that ran to and from the specified ports had technical issues which caused delay. But, since we booked online via Klook we were prioritized. So, we left Camiguin just as we booked. So, if you'll visit Camiguin, make sure to book in advance your return trip online.
Booking thru Klook is very convenient. You just have to present the voucher to the ticketing outlet to claim your ticket. Although the boat was delayed for 2 hrs and I was expecting bunk beds but there werent any. Still, Camiguin is a beautiful island to visit.
My original date of departure was April 30 but I needed to leave on April 25.
The boat is very slow from Camiguin to Bohol. The good thing is that it has bunk beds to sleep on. It left at 9:30 and the ticket I bought said 8:00. I hope they fix this since we went too early and the guy at the accommodation told us it was at 9:30.
I did not use this ticket. What is your immediate action with this matter?
We had a positive experience using this service. The ride takes 5h to arrive to Camiguin. The ferry is huge, there are plenty of bunk beds so that you lay down and travel comfortably. There are some snacks to purchase on the ferry but they are overpriced, so bring something with you.
I recently traveled on this ferry service and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the most glaring issues was the cleanliness, or rather the lack of it. The lying bed, floor and underneath the bed were noticeably dirty, which made the journey quite uncomfortable. Given that ferry rides can be quite long, it's important for the bed to be both clean and comfortable. While I appreciate the convenience and necessity of this ferry service, I hope the management takes these observations into account. Ensuring that basic hygiene standards are met. I look forward to improvements in these areas on future trips.
If you are planning to take a boat from Camiguin to Bohol, keep in mind that there is only one boat each day that leaves at 9:30 am. The website gives you two options, one at 8:00 am and another at 9:30 am. According to what we have been told, they have not had two daily departures for some time now, only the 9:30 am boat is available.
Everything was great, but the boat left late. You have beds, a bar and you can sit and look at the landscape.
They cancelled the trip without warning, and there was no one at the information office, very bad service and money for accommodation and day wasted.
