As soon as you arrive at the spa, you will be given ice towels and cold drinks, and then a professional beautician will take you to the private room on the second floor! Each independent box has its own bed, shower room, and toilet. The space is large and fragrant. With the adjustment of music and lighting, it is very comfortable overall! You can choose your favorite essential oil flavor and exfoliating texture, and there are cookies and hot tea at the end. It’s super relaxing and worth experiencing!

The Ritz spa is a little tired. The facilities would be amazing if they updated it.
