Spa Experience at Royal Orchid Spa in Nusa Dua Bali

We visited as a family of three (husband, wife, and daughter). We were very impressed with how clean the shop and spa rooms were. It was our daughter's first spa experience. We felt reassured knowing there was a staff member who understood Japanese. Also, there were no issues with the treatment chart being available in Japanese. Requests for massage pressure and areas to avoid were, of course, accommodated. The spa rooms were split into two rooms, one for two people (my daughter and I) and one for one person (my husband). The spa began with a foot wash in warm water with flower petals. It depends on the therapist, but the treatment was very pleasant. The experience ended with a flower bath, a beautiful rose bath – definitely Instagram-worthy! Our daughter was delighted with her first spa experience. We were very grateful for the ride back to the hotel after the treatment.

The environment was nice and peaceful. Price is cheaper than what you would need to be paid on site & included pick up (although we didn’t need it). However the room only got one bath tub so you’d have to take turns when taking a bath, which leaves the other cold or in the shower. So maybe would be better suit for couples.

A dedicated person will pick you up from the hotel so that customers don't have to worry about traffic problems. The driver is very kind and drives steadily. Entering the store, the clerk greeted me warmly. There were ice towels to wipe away sweat and the iced ginger tea was delicious. They knew all the order information. The communication was very smooth and they explained the process carefully. The massage was also very careful and considerate. Very comfortable and really worth the price. I made a reservation in Taiwan in advance and used WhatsApp to confirm the order and appointment time. It is highly recommended for people who live in nusa dua to try it out. You will definitely leave with a satisfied mood.

However, I can speak some Chinese at the on-site counter. The environment is clean and elegant. The massage technique is also good. The process is comfortable and relaxing. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will choose this one again.

It was nice to relieve the fatigue of the trip at the spa. There was a pick-up service so I didn't have to worry about moving around, and the massage was refreshing and good. The facilities were also clean. I think the couple spa is good for couples. After scrubbing, my skin became softer.

Loved my massage! The facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff all super friendly. Was offered a hot ginger tea on arrival as I filled out the form before being taken to the room for my massage. I got the 60min balinese massage and it was great! My masseuse-Bintang - made sure to find out what pressure was needed then proceeded to ensure I wax comfortable throughout. After I was able to use the ensuit to have a quick shower before chsnging back to sip on another ginger tea. Overall it was lovely.

We've booked the Couple Treatment at a great discounted value. The Spa was of traditional Balinese style: clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil. Massage was on point and relaxing. Scrub was rejuvenating.
