- Sedan: Can accommodate a maximum of 3 passengers, and it can carry 2-3 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 2 pieces of 28-inch luggage
- Toyota Alphard: Can accommodate a maximum of 5 passengers, and it can carry 3-4 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 2-3 pieces of 28-inch luggage
- Toyota Hiace: Can accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers, and it can carry 6-7 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 5-6 pieces of 28-inch luggage

- The driver will be punctual and will wait for you for up to 60minutes from the pick-up time
- If you do not arrive within 60 minutes after the pick-up time and do not contact the operator, the booking will be cancelled and you will not be refunded

- This booking is valid for a one-way transfer only, between the airport and the city center. For round-trip transfers, please make a separate booking
- Please note that you need to book enough cars based on the number of passengers and luggage. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's maximum capacity, the driver has the right to reject the booking and no refund will be issued

I used this service last summer, and I started this year by visiting Kanazawa again and using it. The weather was good from arrival until the day before departure, but even though it snowed on the day of boarding, the driver was really kind. He worried about the flight boarding time due to the weather conditions, responded in English, and was really kind. Thanks to him, I arrived at the airport with plenty of time and returned to Korea safely. The picture is of downtown Kanazawa taken from inside the taxi.
The driver was very polite and took us to a nearby convenience store to buy dinner. The trip was satisfactory and very comfortable. There were five of us, and when I rented the car, I specified that there would be five pieces of luggage. In the end, we were picked up in an eight-seater vehicle.
After comparing prices, this was the cheapest option. The driver was already waiting with a sign when I exited the airport. The car was a bit old, but I arrived at the hotel comfortably. The driver was also very friendly. I will definitely book airport transfers here again in the future. Thank you.
The customer service at the charter company was excellent. My flight was delayed by 45 minutes, and after I informed customer service, they reassured me. Upon arrival at the airport, the driver was already waiting with a sign. It was very well organized.

Lovely young driver who was very polite
My driver was incredibly kind and professional. I was held up at immigration for quite some time, and he waited patiently at luggage. Despite the language barrier, he was extremely caring and helpful. He was able to move several large pieces of luggage and helped me move them into the van. My destination was through a series of extremely narrow alleyways, but he demonstrated exceptional parking and driving abilities.
