What to expect
Miyajima is a small island that is only half an hour from Hiroshima. It is most famous for its giant torii gate, which seems to float in the sea during high tide. The site is named one of the three most beautiful views in Japan. You can enjoy sightseeing in Miyajima wearing Kimono or Yukata for up to about an hour, including a temple visit, souvenir shopping, and a leisurely walk in the town. Besides, you can enjoy tasting sake (Japanese alcohol) in Saijo, the Japanese sake brewery town. If there is one drink that represents Japan, it is sake! You will also learn how to buy sake and how to taste sake. After the tour, you can enjoy sake tasting at home.

When people talk about Miyajima, the first thing that will pop up in their mind is most likely the giant “floating” torii gate

Itsukushima is popularly known as Miyajima, which in Japanese means "Shrine Island"

You can enjoy sake tasting in Saijo, the Japanese sake brewery town
