- Strictly implemented: You are REQUIRED to arrive one hour before your departure time for check-in and boarding. Seats will automatically be released and you can already be considered a no-show should you not arrive by this time. Present the departure and return voucher (if roundtrip) to the ticketing booth for validation and confirmation of reservation
- Bring a valid ID. Dagupan Bus/Solid North reserves the right to refuse passengers with no identification cards and also charge for deducted discounts if declared a student, senior citizen or PWD.
- For passengers departing from PITX please proceed to ticketing booth 6 (G/F) and exchange your booking voucher at the Solid North counter for your boarding pass.
- Carry-on allowance is just one baggage. Charges may apply for extra luggage stowed in the bus compartment
- No refund for no show.

We went to Dagupan Bus terminal an hour before our schedule as instructed in email. We were asked to transfer on a different terminal instead (Solid North). It got me really anxious not knowing whether we’re in the right place because we were only instructed to wait and let the bus conductor to check our online booking. Which is not instant because “it was still early for the bus schedule” We paid for the convenience, but we experienced the other way around really. We expected a bus with comfort room as indicated in the confirmation we received but it was only a normal bus. The seating arrangement was not followed. I understand why we have to arrive extra early— so we were able to secure a seat. Even though we were assigned already. Good thing, the driver and conductor are really reliable (kudos to them!) The trip was smooth. This is not recommended really. Even with the vouchers/promo codes, it’ll still be cheaper on-site.
