Shared City Transfers between Luang Prabang and Vientiane

I booked at 9:30, but I picked up an hour ahead, so I couldn't get it right in the morning. There was a lot of luggage so I came to Vang Vieng hard to change my car and arrived safely in Vientiane .. On the way, the scenery was beautiful.

I used a one way trip from Vientiane to Luang Prabang. The picture is a minivan, but I traveled by bus from Vientiane to Vang Vieng and changed the minivan to Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang. I thought klook ran its own official service but was disappointed. I don't think I can communicate with my local travel agency. The pick up time was 20 minutes late and I arrived late because I couldn't catch the car leaving at the scheduled time. Due to the local nature, the reservation system was not strictly operated, so I had to sit in the first-come-first-served seat, and the departure time and travel time were different. It was necessary to specify that there is no non-stop minivan service from Vientiane to Luang Prabang.

It's very scary. The journey takes about nine hours. After two minibuses and one tuk-tuk, they are all overloaded minibuses. The road is covered with gravel and landslides. The lunch break at noon was settled in a small shed full of flies in the barren mountains to settle down on its own. On the last minibus, we have to sit on the small bench built by ourselves on the aisle in the car. Yes, it is not a normal bus seat, it is a bench that can not lean on the head, and it is completely overloaded! Shake all the way for four hours. Super bad experience completely disregarding passenger life safety! Not recommended at all.

The driver is really professional , and we totally freak out that we would reached vientiane in 8 hours time even we stopped for breakfast and also transfer minibus . Will book for next !

The car is nice and fast way for city transfer. On the way you get free dinner. Not much to offer for the foods though.

We waited for almost 1hr so we decided to call the local number indicated on the voucher.. its a good thing the owner of the villa helped us and talked to the representative.. they didnt informed or emailed us that there's no transfer on the time we chose.. the local representative offered to pay for the bus fare, transfer to bus station and transfer from our vientiane hotel to airport for free.

They told me day before that the schedule has changed and that they cant drop me at the hotel in vientiene because mini bus is banned. What I hate is they pick up with tuktuk so why cant drop us with tuktuk also. And I requested bottom part of the bus which they agreed to because i easily get dizzy but i still get upper one.

Trip cancelled due to mishaps on trips from Vientiane to Vang Vieng and from Vang Vieng to Luang Prabang. Very unprofessional company quite representative of the whole country.

The voucher includes pick-up and drop-off at hotel but the driver did not drop me off at my hotel in Luang Prabang.

We did not pick up our minivan driver and went to pick up our local contact. I missed the flight back to Korea and now I am almost an international loser. There is no answer to the e-mail, and we also charge the pick up fee, fly the plane, and there is no reply to the local travel agency. I guess we should call the police for fraud.
