A BIG thank you to our guide Duang and assistant Phone (Wonderful Tours Lao) for their help when we were kayaking. Although i have done it before, my partner had not. We capsized once and lagged behind the group. I went to Duang's kayak and Phone came to ours, then we proceeded much faster. Their quick thinking ensured everyone's safety. The zipline was also done professionally and emphasized safety. Highly recommended!

amazing experience, theeeeee most unprofessional tourguide today. he didn’t talk us through the cave, he was walking super fast and also just dumped us at the lagoon and didn’t say anything to us. he only communicated with people who understood the local language. The place waa nice, as tourists we helped eachother out and loved the overall experience but the tour guide was extremely unprofessional.

Hot air ballooning in Vang Vieng was one of the best experiences of my Laos trip. Seeing the limestone mountains, green countryside and Nam Song River from above was unforgettable.
The entire experience was well organised, and the pilot was calm, confident and clearly very experienced. We were promised a 30-minute flight, but we stayed in the air even longer, which made it feel even more worthwhile.
I felt safe throughout the flight, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. A genuinely memorable experience and one I would strongly recommend in Vang Vieng.

Our tour leader, Hoor, was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and patient throughout the trip. She prepared plenty of small water bottles and a delicious lunch. She picked us up promptly at 9 AM from our hotel and even took photos for us. It was an excellent value experience! She also prepared waterproof bags, which was very considerate.

The itinerary was well-planned, and our guide, Nouan, was responsible, diligent, and patient, even helping us when we couldn't cycle anymore. Blue Lagoon 3 was less crowded and larger, which was great. I suggest improving the included lunch, perhaps by increasing the price slightly for better food. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

I had an tiring but GREAT day with the tour group I had. An absolute big recommend for anybody wanting to go for an outdoor tour, please do bring a set of dry clothes and towel due to the wet activities :)
