2D1N Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route & Kamikochi Trip from Nagoya

The itinerary was rich and well-timed. Itinerary: On the first day, we had a relaxed 3-hour hike, followed by a buffet dinner and hot spring bath at the hotel. I recommend setting aside time to grab a bite near Kappa Bridge. The second day primarily involved taking various modes of transportation up the mountain and enjoying the scenery. The entire trip was comfortable and easy to complete. Accommodation: We were arranged to stay at the Hakuba Tokyu Resort, a hot spring hotel. It was a bit old but comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Tour Guide: The only minor drawback was that the tour guide didn't pay much attention to the guests, and communication could be improved. Meeting points were not communicated clearly or were changed arbitrarily. For example, on several occasions, we were told to wait at a shop entrance, but the guide would then just get on the tour bus themselves.

I had always looked forward to visiting Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe, and this time I was very fortunate to travel with our guide, Mr. Guo. Mr. Guo proactively shared information in a witty and humorous way, and his meticulousness, responsibility, energy, and diligence made this trip incredibly smooth! The itinerary allowed ample time for photos and sightseeing, though the tour bus was a bit small, making the seating a little cramped.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really great tour and itinerary. Kei-san was super friendly and professional, made everything smooth and enjoyable. Only downside is the hotel. Really small hotel and the onsen is also small, probably fits around 4 people max. But the food at the hotel was really good, both dinner and breakfast were nice. Overall still highly recommend this tour, it saves a lot of time and makes getting around so much easier!

Our guide, Kaku, was an excellent tour leader. He was fluent in three languages ​​and explained every piece of information and detail clearly. His arrangements and leadership were very well-organized. We were fortunate to have good weather for both days of the trip, and we were truly happy to be able to visit the breathtaking scenic spots of Kamikochi and Tateyama.

Especially along the Tateyama route, she accompanied us and always went ahead to reserve the bus and cable car timings. This helped to minimize waiting time and allowed us to have more time to explore and enjoy the attractions. The driver was also experienced and drove safely throughout the trip. We stayed at Hakuba Mominoki Hotel, which was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of choices and were very satisfying. Despite the bad weather and being unable to see the snow wall, we still enjoyed the trip very much, especially the experience of using the different types of transport along the route.

Our guide was incredibly kind, the driver drove safely, the accommodation was clean and spacious, and even the weather was perfect. It was an amazing trip, highly recommended!

The tour guide (Xiao Xi) is responsible, organized, and informative. Keeps the group safe while adding great local context on attractions and dining. We stayed in a cozy hotel and had delicious set meals for breakfast and dinner.
