I traveled with my parents. I booked on Klook because there was no Korean guide on kkday, but it turns out it's operated by kkday. I've used it for the 5th time already. I've seen Mt. Fuji 3 out of 5 times. The weather has a huge impact. It's important to check the weather in advance before departure. You can check the real-time situation with the Oishi Park YouTube live video, so it might be a good idea to check it before making a reservation. The guide was really enthusiastic and explained everything kindly in Korean, Taiwanese, and Filipino since those 3 countries departed together that day. It was a really satisfying trip.
We booked an English speaking guide and got a Chinese speaking guide and was told we mush have booked the wrong package - that was incorrect. our guide tried very hard to keep us informed and it was not her fault, tour was great. Shopping could have been longer and other areas shorter. Beautiful full view of Mt Fuji
Buying a Mount Fuji tour at Klook are easy, the booking was so fast and confirmed straight away! I recommend to everyone!! The bus was on time and English friendly. The tour guide was very informative - he tells about the historic facts regarding about Mount Fuji and my Kids enjoyed a lot!
I applied for a tour specifically for Koreans, but to my surprise, we were assigned a Chinese guide who couldn't speak a word of English or Korean. However, they worked incredibly hard using a phone translation app, which made our trip very comfortable and enjoyable. We chose the option that included a hot spring, and the hot spring was much better than I expected. Most people went to the outlet mall, so the hot spring was uncrowded and very, very nice. We arrived at the outlet mall at 10:00 AM, and since the hot spring opened at 10:30 AM, we even got to do some shopping at the outlet for 30 minutes.
I booked expecting a Thai guide because I was bringing my mother, but it turned out the guide spoke Chinese and English. My mother doesn't understand English very well, so I booked specifically because it had a Thai guide. Very disappointed.
a great time at some high end shops and ninja village with amazing views of Mt Fuji a great day out
It was a very satisfying trip. The driver was very kind. The course was also satisfactory. I will use it again next time.
