In addition to strength, balance, and stamina, this extreme physical exercise also requires participants to be mentally strong and have the ability to apply different techniques. The course of extreme physical fitness consists of different obstacles, mastering the skills of "swinging" and "climbing” can help complete the courses. According to the traditional rules of the competition, those who fail to complete or finish past the specified time will be eliminated. Not only is the competitor required to have extraordinary physical fitness, but also good psychological quality. Competitors must learn how to overcome obstacles and use their strength correctly while maintaining a level of calmness and judgment in order to complete the course.

Ninja Force boasts three courses of different levels: playground game, physical competition and top competition, with nearly 20 challenges requiring progressing levels of climbing skills, balance, and strength. Children over 8 years old can start practising this sport. Ninja Force offers a variety of experiences and long-term programmes with its SPOT-certified ninja coach Vic. Courses include for example Kids Ninja Warrior Class and Adults (Kids Ninja Warrior Class). Participants will learn the skills and safety knowledge, combined with physical training and on-site training at Ninja Force courses, gradually improving the extreme physical exercise ability of the participants.

Top Competition（Height：4.5m）

Obstacles include:

Island hops Ascending, Flying bar, Traverse peg board, Titing ladder, Wind nuts, Warped Walls

The obstacles will be updated from time to time, allowing the extreme physical athletes to continue to reach new heights.
