Show your order voucher, and she will give you a sticker (hotel name) to put on your chest. Wait for the car nearby. The car will take you to the pier, where you will be led to a special rest area to fill in your name and hotel name, and you will be given a seat number on the boat. Guidance is provided throughout the process, and luggage is occasionally helped with. If you need special assistance with carrying luggage, there is a fee because the boarding ramp is shaky and narrow. When you arrive at Boracay, a car will take you near your hotel. Our early flight was at 8:45, and we needed to arrive three hours early. Klook contacted us via WhatsApp and picked us up from the hotel at 5:30 AM. We just had to wait in front of the hotel. It was pouring rain that day, and we were so afraid of missing it. We walked outside to wait and saw a staff member rushing into the hotel to look for people. They were really enthusiastic. Everything went smoothly to the airport, with guidance throughout the process. It is really worth recommending.

hassle free, from Caticlan airport go outside and look for window 5 show your reference number or just tell them the lead participant name. We ride a van, next boat then next hop on hop off bus. No need to pay anything cause its already included in the package. Tell them your hotel and the bus will drop you off to the nearest drop off location. all you need to bring is your id, reference number, stab and qr code.
