About this product
- For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- A deposit of MYR 100 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Data Usage Description: Once the daily internet data quota is exceeded, the internet speed will be throttled down to unlimited 3G speed. 4G/5G speed will resume on the next rental day (following the GMT +8 time zone)
- Please return the device to your selected drop-off point, as specified during redemption
- The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 to 14 working days after the device is returned in good condition
- For Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 100 per unit will be charged upon pick-up for both 4G and 5G Pocket WiFi devices. For non-Malaysians, a deposit of MYR 350 per 4G Pocket WiFi unit or MYR 500 per 5G Pocket WiFi unit will be charged upon pick-up

Compensation Rule
- Late Payment Penalty Compensation Standard: Return to the airport within 48 hours after the lease expires: No late payment penalty will be charged; Return within 7 days after the lease expires: MYR 20/day/unit; Return after 7 days of lease expiration: late fee of MYR 100
- will be charged for damage/loss compensation standard: 4G equipment damage fine of MYR 350; 5G equipment damage fine MYR 500; A fine of MYR 100 will be imposed if the equipment is slightly dented but still functioning properly; Lost equipment bag MYR 20; Lost USB charging cable MYR 15
Retrieve and Support
- How to retrieve the device: After booking the device, please place an order at least 4 hours before the collection time. Users can go to the Roamingman service center on the day of travel to present their KLOOK voucher to collect the device
- How to return the device: After the device expires, please return it to the Roamingman service center within 2 days. Tips: Due to personal reasons, the device needs to be picked up in advance, and an early shipping fee of MYR 10 per day per unit is required

Reviews
We rented the wifi because we have 3 cellphones. It is worth it and convenient to use anywhere. The pick-up area is located at the back of the counter. It is better to ask where the reception of the capsule hotel is located. They don't have signage about the wifi.
Easy to book, collect, use and return as usual. Connection at Vietnam has been stable throughout the whole vacation.

Easier for travel. The wifi also quite strong to share 5 devices at the same time. Recommended and affordable rental price.
Excellent network and speed. Cost efficient and easy to use device. Easily connects multiple devices and speed was good in all. In terminal 1 the pick up spot is in level 5 which is departure area and the arrival is in level 3. Take a lift and look for Dunkin donuts and the counter is opposite to it. Easy drop off at same location during departure.
First time using this WiFi device and honestly, my experience was pretty good! It’s really convenient if you need WiFi while travelling, especially since you can connect up to 5 devices at the same time. The range is around 10 metres, so everyone using it needs to stay relatively close. The battery does drain quite fast, though. I guess it really depends on how much you use it throughout the day. The WiFi connection itself was fast and super easy to connect. One thing I noticed is that the device can get quite hot if you keep it inside your bag while it’s on, so make sure there’s some airflow. I usually took it out of my bag when using it for a long time. For Malaysians, you’ll need to pay a RM100 deposit online before collecting the device. The staff said the deposit would be refunded within 2 weeks. So far, I still haven’t received mine yet, so hopefully the refund comes soon! Overall, I’m satisfied with it. The connection was fast and easy to use!
Speed is good, but intermittent connection sometimes happen. I never miss any online communication / transactions. But my concern only is that the deposit collected from me upon pickup is way higher (MYR300, around PHP4,500) than what I initially paid in Klook (around PHP1,200). Then I will for a week for the deposit to be returned. I just hope any additional payments after Klook should be transparent to the user / subscriber. I will give this a high rating for now, but I wont be responsible for any future low-rating of this product. Thank you.
The staff was very helpful in providing me directions to their booth and in explaining how to use the device. I enjoyed being connected all day and the speed + coverage within KL is reliable. Will definitely look for the same service when traveling to other countries.
