eSIM Information
- This is a Data-only eSIM. Calls and texts are not available. Top-up is available via Klook (Indicate top-up and contact merchant)
- eSIM Validity period (Days) starts upon successful installation. Please install on the day of travel or when you need it. You will need an internet connection to install
- The eSIM is valid upon Installation for your selected duration. If you Install your eSIM at 2200, it will end at 2200, based on your selected validity
Usage reminder
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Data limit as per Data Plan in Gigabyte(GB); therefore, it is under Fair Usage Policy (FUP) - Unlimited data speed will go up to 128kbps. Excessive usage may cause the data plan to be suspended without notice to prevent data usage abuse based on the local network policies
Important Notes
- Please ensure that you have an eSIM compatible and network-unlocked device, and the travel itinerary is confirmed
- Data plan validity starts immediately when eSIM is installed (Expiry date - 45 days from the purchase date)
- You may install eSIM before traveling(before your flight) or, at your destination when you need it
- To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required
- All Data plans (4G/3G Speed) will thereafter follow unlimited data under *FUP for the duration of the validity plan
- eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation
- You can have different eSIM plans installed on your device
- Data speed varies depending on the country and location

travelled to SG, Indonesia & Malaysia in a span of 1 week, i must say, this esim helped me big time! i was able to connect without issue in those 3 countries. Fast internet & easy to inatall on my Samsung S22 Ultra phone. Can also be used as tethering to other devices.
I traveled Kuala Lumpur and Singapore last Feb 28-Mar 5, 2024. Since I'm an iPhone user, I prefer eSIM and managed to save money for buying different eSIM for each countries I visited. This saves a lot, since this is for when I go outside my hotel so that I will still have a data connection.
I went on a cross-country travel in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore and this e-sim really made my life more convenient! From Vietnam to Cambodia to Thailand, I traveled through land and I was amazed by how I would automatically switch data providers right after I crossed borders. I definitely recommend this e-sim. More then awesome! One installation can be used in many countries. No need to remove and insert SIM, very convenient and useful.
Currently being used in Thailand and Vietnam, the eSIM was sent to me by email and all I had to do was load it, so it was very easy to install the eSIM. There were moments when the connection was initially unstable, but basically it's working satisfactorily. Loading speed is also not particularly stressful.

The internet speed was a bit slow, but the 10G usage was enough for 10 days. I still had the remaining usage when I returned to Taiwan. I went to three countries, including Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, and it automatically switched to the local telecommunications service provider as soon as I crossed the border. It was very efficient.
I was able to use it 3-5 minutes after turning the sim on. It really just depends on the area, as far as I know, the internet connection in most of SEA countries is really not good, some of the areas even don’t have an internet. Thankful that I was still able to use it, in some areas I can watch youtube, post on insta and fb, but most of the time you cannot use your online maps, so search early for your routes
