After entering, you will sign and fill out some information. After a brief explanation, you will change into a bathrobe and go to the rock bath. The temperature of the rock bath was not as high as I imagined for the first time. It was an acceptable temperature and it was very comfortable to lie down. I felt that time passed very quickly. At the end, I signed again and drank a glass of something that looked like vegetable and fruit juice, but it tasted like tea.
The overall introduction is very detailed and friendly, and everything is available. You only need to take yourself there, and there is no need to prepare anything else. It is very warm and special.
Lying on the hard stone, it gradually got hotter and hotter. I started sweating after 15 minutes. For me, I didn’t sweat much. I could take a shower afterward. Shampoo, shower gel, and lotion were all provided. , there will be no forced sales, no sense of oppression at all👍🏻
The overall environment is comfortable, and there are reminders for use. The fiber tea + lemonade provided tastes very good. I drank many cups and it is not overly promoted.
This is the first time I took my mother to experience rock bathing. The location is very convenient and the environment is very good! After sweating a lot, I went home after taking a shower and slept soundly at night!
The service staff is friendly and kind, the bedrock bath is also very comfortable, the whole body sweats a lot, and you can take a shower. The bathing supplies are complete, the environment is comfortable, and there is slimming tea to drink. The whole experience is very worthwhile. I will recommend it to my friends next time. It's great! !
The rock bath room is very comfortable, the temperature is moderate, and there are tea and drinks. The essential oil massage can make me relax. It is worth coming again.
Rock bathing is a bit like a sauna. You just lie on a pile of stones and you will feel the heat slowly rising, making you sweat all the time. But there is a bathroom over there, so you can take a shower when you're done. Before they take you to lie on the stone, they will conduct a consultation to check whether you have menstruation, pregnancy, allergies, heart disease, etc. to ensure that there will be no problems. After finishing, you will be given a green drink to refill. Green has no taste and just looks weird. The time I booked was 45 minutes. From entering the consultation to leaving the store, it took more than an hour and a half.
It was required to call in to make the reservation for your session but the person who picked up the phone didn’t really speak English when you called them so it was a bit uneasy to communicate what you wanted. after you got to the spa then people could speak more English. if only we could make the reservation online, would make things much easier.
The hairdryer was difficult to use, and the body wash and shampoo were hard to rinse off. Just my personal opinion, everyone's experience may vary, please come and experience it for yourself.
