There was slight confusion with the Klook paid voucher but easily clarified after some communication with the lead person at the lab on the payment status. This is easiest and seamless way to get tested safely for travel. Received SMS with link to download report with option to collect a printed 3-page report at the lab.

very fast and efficient. the clinic signboard is also visible from far, big blue signage. the staff English proficiency is limited but no problem at all.

The process at the clinic was fast and easy. The girl at the reception was quick and very accomodating. I will book this again if needed. Results for antigen test is 30 minutes.

The service is good, the test is quick and the staff does it quickly, it doesn't take too long to wait for 30 minutes to get the score ... 10 points.

When I went to the test center of my choice at the scheduled time, there were several travelers waiting for the test. I told the receptionist in simple English that I had made a reservation and presented the voucher. Smoothly scan and query them. After waiting for about 5 minutes, my name was called and I was handed a document and instructed to follow. I was taken to a private room, and the person who had been inspected earlier was asked to do my inspection. Stick a cotton swab in each hole in your nose and you're done. After that, confirm the timing of receiving the test results and leave. It was completed in about 10 minutes from reception. The next day, I visited him after 9:00 in the morning. Just to be sure, I verbally confirmed the test results, received an envelope, and everything went smoothly. I was able to take it easy with easy-to-understand English and smooth guidance. Went for the clinic in district 1 and the entire process was pretty smooth. There was a short line but the test only took about 20 minutes. Result was out in early morning the next day. I was able to get the online result although there’s an option to pick up a physical copy on site.

The inspection time was set at 8:30, but looking at the reviews, I thought it would be a long wait if I went late, so I went and got it as soon as it opened. It took me a while to understand whether it was the first Klook reservation confirmation I received. The test was really fast and the test was done to the point where I couldn't help but come out negative.

Diag staff was really friendly and accomodating. I requested additional tests that had to be done urgently and they took it in stride. They managed to send the results very quickly for my antigen test as well. Highly recommended.

Easy and fast. Clinic is nice, airconditioned, super clean. the nurses knew exactly what to do with klook voucher. i did test at 9am got results by 6pm. they were all very polite n friendly too. the clinic hours on klook not correct, the clinic at yersin 119 opens at 530 am to 6pm
