Tianyu Resort Yalong Bay Sanya Accommodation Package

The experience was terrible. I booked a sea view room! Upon checking in at the hotel, they said they had no record of my booking. After further investigation, they claimed I had booked a standard room. I couldn't reach customer service, and neither could the hotel staff. When I finally got through to customer service, they didn't resolve the issue. They just told us to continue with the stay and they would refund the price difference between the sea view and standard room. In the end, the hotel staff insisted on not giving us a sea view room, even if we paid extra, claiming that all the sea view rooms were fully booked! What was the point of booking a sea view room then? Why even book this package? Furthermore, the swimming pool was under maintenance and completely closed, which was a major disappointment, but the package details didn't mention the pool being under maintenance. I wasted the better part of the day waiting, which was a real waste of time. This was my first time having such an awful experience, extremely, extremely poor. And they kept pushing the blame onto the customer! I hope there won't be any more victims!
