Atlantis Sanya Hotel

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Atlantis Sanya! The overall environment is very suitable for family travel. The aquarium is spectacular and awe-inspiring, and the water park has many fun facilities that the kids didn't want to leave. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view, and the service staff was very attentive. The hotel even gave a small gift during the stay, which made me feel a lot of sincerity. The only small incident was that someone was smoking in the next room one night, but the hotel management team followed up and handled it immediately the next day, with speed and professionalism. Overall, the service was first-class and the experience was excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I come to Sanya!

It's so worry-free to bring your kids to Atlantis! The water park, mini camp, and dolphin interaction are all well arranged, freeing up parents' hands. The buffet breakfast has so many varieties that even picky babies finish it all. The room is directly connected to the swimming pool, and the children don't want to get out of the water. In the evening, the children watched the C show with their eyes wide open and cheered throughout the show. The hotel even rents baby strollers, and the service is meticulous. The family vacation experience is full, and I will definitely visit it again!

The water park needs time to reopen after the typhoon, but we appreciate that the hotel did its best to accommodate us. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. The butler was very helpful and proactively gave gifts to the children. The kids also really enjoyed the aquarium and the water park facilities.

Three days and two nights, no need to go out. The food was high quality, and the Water World and Aquarium were fantastic and fun. It's a shame the children's playhouse and lazy river were under maintenance, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel has a high CP value, large rooms, many recreational facilities, and unlimited access to the water world and aquarium. Nice stay there!

The hotel is very big. There is a beach, swimming pool and water park nearby. There is also a small shopping mall and an aquarium. When we checked in, we booked a sea view room. The first room didn't have a good sea view. The butler immediately arranged a new room for us.

The accommodation experience is quite good, some of the experience items included in the package are also very interesting, and the overall experience is still great. The front desk also helped us upgrade the room type.

Suite was amazing, very large, large beds, large toilets, clean and great service. Great views from balcony all around the living room and bedroom. Enjoyed the waterpark and royal club on L48.
