Good to know

  • We recommend adding the Aishang Xiyong official LINE account (https://lin.ee/PKGxf68) after placing your order for further arrangements by the operator (if the link does not display, please search on Line: @344ycbay, please include the @ symbol when searching).
  • Pets are allowed in the campground, with a pet fee of NT$1,000 per pet. A deposit of NT$2,000 per pet will be collected on-site. NT$1,000 per pet will be refunded if the tent, environment, and equipment are undamaged.
  • Check-in time is 14:00. You may arrive at the campground earlier to enter the park for sightseeing. Tent access is after 15:30.
  • Guests are required to bring their own amenities. The Environmental Protection Administration announced that from January 1, 2025, accommodation operators are prohibited from actively displaying and providing "single-use amenities" in guest rooms free of charge, with fines of up to NT$6,000 for violators. In accordance with the "Restrictions on the Use of Disposable Accommodation Products and Implementation Methods" promulgated by the Environmental Protection Administration, in order to protect the environment and respond to government policies, Aishang Xiyong Luxury Camping will no longer actively provide disposable amenities in the campground from January 1, 2025 (Wednesday).
  • Open flames are prohibited in the park. Customers are not allowed to bring their own fresh ingredients or cook their own food, and the kitchen cannot be borrowed (except for the VIP exclusive area). Due to unstable voltage in the mountainous area, which can easily cause power outages, customers are not allowed to bring their own electrical appliances.
  • Shuttle Service Booking: From 2025/01/01, Aishang Xiyong will no longer provide shuttle booking services. If you need a shuttle, please book it yourself.
