We booked for a family of three. We went at the testing center in Manila and nobody was in line. We almost thought that it was close. They should put more signs saying “for Klook -inquire inside”. You need to show your QR code from Klook so they can scan it then register. They will perform throat and nose swab. Bring your own pen if you don’t want to use the communal pen. We requested for our results to be released as soon as possible. They can’t promise but they did try. We had our test at 1pm Saturday and got our result Sunday morning. Speed depends on the bulk of people they have to process on that day.
My experience with Manila Health Tek was really good. The staff were very accommodating and the place was neat and tidy. The process went very smoothly and they gave me everything I needed for the swab test. I can definitely recommend this to anyone. Turn around time was about 7 hours which was very surprising. Highly recommended
Booking process was fast from the Klook app. The lab had some system issues but I was updated 3x by call and texts. Home service was delayed by a few hours but all in all still good and convenient. Got results in less than 24hrs.
Booked for a drive thru swab test. No hassle. Just presented the qr code and was given a form to fill out and then the tests were done. It took only 15 mins or less since there was no queue when we arrived. The only problem was that we received a text message at 11pm same day that the results were already sent to our email but we never received them. So I made a follow up (next day morning) thru call and they were so accommodating and sent the results right away. Still 5 stars for this facility. Thank you Klook as well! 💚
it was very fast and efficient process sa health med tech marikina. mainit lang doe so please anticipate that. the process took less than an hour and the waiting time wasn't too long. I suggest go here not on a weekend.
The place is organized and the process was relatively quick. The package I took is for 24 hr result and I received the results in less than 12 hrs - I took the test around 8am and got the result around 3pm. Probably because I took the test early in the morning. Added bonus is that the testing center is near my residence.

Great staff. Fast and smooth process. I was there a little early around 7am. Their operations start at 730am so while waiting I was having chit-chat with the security guard. They are polite and accommodating. I received the result in less than 24hrs. It was sent through email. I highly recommend this.
