This was probably a late review but undergoing RT PCR Test with SGD is the easiest process I’ve ever gone. The staffs are fantastic and very professional. They are knowledgeable in their field of work and expertise.

i am requesting refund, i did not push through with the booking with Singapore Diagnostic & no services to be paid. i was told by phone call by the staff that they cannot comply w/ my requirement for RT PCR.
I used their service for my abroad trip. It was quick and reliable. You can get result to your email address within 20~30 mins.
The actual booking process and test was easy. Lady at the front was polite and the test was done very quickly. Turnaround time was over 24 hours and I had to miss a flight. I should have gotten the test earlier to give more buffer time but all the reviews said they received results in less than 24 hours. I still don’t hold that against them. What I do hold against them is the poor communication. I asked repeatedly if they could provide any word about when I would possibly receive the results. They would not communicate with me at all through email for hours even though they initially replied instantly when I first inquired about results.

It was an RT-PCR test on Saturday, but it was sent as a PDF at 5 o'clock on Sunday, and I was able to complete the boarding procedure at Cebu Pacific Air check-in even if I didn't print it out. It's a little far away, but you can get there in about 10 minutes from Walking Street.
