My yaya needed the swab for her to go to Bacolod. At that time, requirements were very strict when going to Bacolod. They even demanded her the receipt from klook to show that her purrchase/ swab was really authentic. Good thing, there was a receipt from klook :) Her overall experience was very good. We purchased the ticket the same morning she went for her swab. The result came out within 24 hrs.
Booking was very easy and the payment process is also cashless. The facility is easy to locate in the google maps. They also control the volume of patients/ persons on the site swabbing. They will let you know when to go out on your car for your turn to be swabbed. The result came out less than 24 hours. On my part it came out after 12 hours.

The Kairos team was very pleasant and the whole experience was seamless. I would prefer this drive through setup rather than going to a crowded laboratory. THE KLOOK TEAM SHOULD IMPROVE THEIR SYSTEM though because apparently, the lab only accepts 50 tests per day. However this is not indicated on the coupon. So when I got there, the guard informed me about the quota. I had to explain to the lab team that my Klook coupon was non-refundable/non rebookable so I needed to use it. The team eventually accommodated me. But this could have been avoided if accurate information on the quota is indicated.

i have been using klook for my travels the past years and so satisfied with those.when we were required by our office to have covid test i found out that klook offered the rt-pcr and antigen tests.so i gladly booked for the rt-pcr nasal swab test and again it was hassle-free.i got the qr code at once needed for the test. once i got at the clinic, the guard gave me a number and they assisted me for my pre-booked klook appointment. the swab test was nice and it took around 5 minutes for that. the result will come around 24 to 36 hours but for me i got it for more than just 24 hours.. thanks klook and kairos laboratory.

Schedule mst be updated in the app. I booked for Sunday at Ever Gotesco Commonwealth, unfortunately they are closed every Sunday. They are open according to the app but not. So, I went to Kalayaan Branch for my rapid antigen. So far staff are very accommodating.
