• Group of 1-8 (SUV): Up to 10 pieces of suitcases under 20 inches or 4 pieces of suitcases over 20 inches + 4 pieces of suitcases under 20 inches

Insurance / Disclaimer

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before the travel date

Additional information

• To avoid traffic congestion during weekends and national holidays, it is recommended that you depart before 9:00
• Please note that a taxi may be provided for the tour as a vehicle and no additional fees will be charged
• For child seats, groups of 1-4 (Sedan), can only request for 1 seat. For groups of 1-8 (SUV), you may request for 2 seats
• Please note that the package insurance does not include incidents when passengers are outside the car. Participants are recommended to purchase their own insurance when conducting outdoor activities
• According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children
• One child seat is free. Additional seats available for a surcharge
• Child seats are available upon request

Surcharge table

• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
• Outside service areas:
• TWD 300 transfers between Beitou, Tianmu, Yangmingshan frontside (e.g. The Top, Sleepless restaurant), Xizhi, Shenkeng, Xindian, Xinzhuang, Banqiao, and Songshan Airport (TSA) pick-up service
• TWD 500 transfers between Tamsui, Yingge, Linkou, Sanxia, Shulin, Shiding, Keelung, Port of Keelung, Taishan, Tucheng, and Wugu
• TWD 800 transfer between Yangmingshan backside (e.g. Tien Lai Resort & Spa), Jinshan, Wulai, Yehliu, Shifen, Jinguashi and Jiufen
• TWD 1,000 transfer between Taoyuan Downtown area, Taoyuan Airport (TPE) drop off, north of Zhongli
• TWD 1,200 transfer between Taoyuan Airport (TPE) pick up (Please inform of your flight number)
• TWD 1,400 transfer between The Westin Tashee Resort, Leofoo Village Theme Park
• TWD 1,600 transfers between Hsinchu downtown area, Jiaoxi, Luodong, Toucheng and Su'ao
• Locations not included in the above list of additional charges and not within Taipei City Center will be subject to extra fees, which will be informed separately by our customer service team.
• Additional Charges During 2026 Lunar New Year Period (to be paid in cash to the driver on the day of service):

1. February 14–15 & February 19–22, 2026
2. 5-seater vehicle: TWD 500 per vehicle
3. 9-seater vehicle: TWD 1,000 per vehicle
4. February 16–18, 2026
5. 5-seater vehicle: TWD 1,000 per vehicle
6. 9-seater vehicle: TWD 1,500 per vehicle
7. For groups of 1-8 (SUV), you may book the second child seat in advance for an additional surcharge of TWD300
8. An overtime surcharge of TWD300 every 30 minutes will be charged for groups of 1-4 (sedan)
9. An overtime surcharge of TWD350 every 30 minutes will be charged for groups of 1-8 (sedan)
