Jina is a wonderful tour guide! she is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. She provides a lot of information and stories on the way to the places we are going to visit, it makes our journey fun and meaningful. She also helped us to take family photo and gave some local tips and recommendations for us. Scenary in Jesu is fantastic. Hope to visit again.

it was such a wonderful experience. andrew our driver/guide was so accomodating and was on time. The car was very comfortable to ride and it has a charging port as well. We were also able to change our itinerary since we wanted to see the Cherry Blossoms and try the Samgyupsal. We also came back to the port with enough time. It was an excellent experience overall.

We had a wonderful time exploring Jeju Island. Jina, our tour guide, was very nice and accommodating—always smiling and easy to talk to. Her English was good, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

When we disembarked from the cruise, I overslept and was very late 🤣, but the driver waited patiently. And there's no need to worry about not having Wi-Fi on the ship; as soon as the cruise docks at Jeju Port, even if you're still on the ship, if you have a Korean Wi-Fi card, you'll already receive messages and can contact the driver. Overall, the driver was very friendly, and the car was spacious and comfortable. You can visit places you want to see, or if you don't have any ideas, you can ask the driver for recommendations. They will drop you back off at the cruise ship on time. Reliable 👍🏻

Our cruise had a change in plan and we arrived one day later, but the tour organizer were very helpful and changed our plan to one day later with a great and fast communication. The tour schedule itself was very smooth and we learned a lot from Jina about the culture and history of Jeju. Highly recommended!

The Jeju tour was very nice and extensive. Our tour guide was kind and knowledgeable about all the places. He was gracious with his time and ensured we come back to the cruise ship early. We appreciate the organizers for making this trip happen even though we were only 3 people. This is highly recommended because even though we were charged for bulk price, we were given an almost private tour. Had we not have this, we wouldn't know what to do in Jeju and wouldn't have experienced the beauty and history of the state. It was raining the day of the tour but regardless it was a beautiful experience with all the places.

thirty minutes before my cruise was to depart for JeJu I was disappointed to learn that my cruise tour for the next day was cancelled and rebooked to a very short one I didn’t want to go to ( to a museum). Very last minute I booked this Klook tour. I was greeted right off the ship by I Love Korea private tour. what a great time. I got to pick the sites I wanted to see. My tour guide was awesome and spoke English. We saw the k-drama sites that I wanted to see that my cruise ship did not offer plus many of the same sites that the cruise ship was only offering 1or 2 of them while I saw much more.

We had a wonderful experience with Peter Kim during our Jeju Island tour. From start to finish, he was exceptionally organized and efficient, managing our group of 14 with ease. He explained each site clearly and engagingly, making the history and culture come alive for everyone. Communication was also effortless as he was friendly, approachable, and attentive to all our questions. Time management was good, allowing us to enjoy every stop without feeling rushed. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide/driver and would highly recommend Peter to anyone visiting Jeju!
