Driver was on time and text me 1h before. It would be better if driver can text 1 day before so I can have a peace of mind. Bottles drink was provided. Convenient as you don't have to wait for others and can go anywhere as you like.

Highly recommend for family with kids and elderly parents. We had super time with our two days trip. The tour operator contacted us on WhatsApp a few days in advance and asked about our itinerary list. The operator also suggested us to best fit with our schedule. The driver was in time and helped us a lot on navigation to ticket booth and entry. I suggest to buy entry tickets online as it made us more convenient on day 02. Driver speaks limited English but we could easily communicate on text. You can stop by anytime and go with your own pace. We chose Danang City tour and Hoi An evening tour on Day 01 and Hue on Day 02.

Excellent service. Highly recommended. We booked the 3 day tour (Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An) and we are grateful for the drivers (Son, Linh, and Kim). They were all friendly, punctual and accommodating of our requests. Our trip to the different places was smooth and hassle free. The cars used were also clean and fairly new models (Innova, Avanza, MUX) with great leg room and space at the back for bags. We were able to visit the ff. places: Da Nang: Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha, Ba Na Hills Hue: Kai Dinh Tomb, Hue Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda, Minh Mang Tomb Hoi An: Ancient Town, Coconut Village (Basket Boat) For the itinerary, Ms. Jackie contacted me a few days before our trip to Vietnam and asked for our plans. Overall I highly recommend availing this tour.

There is a Korean audio guide available in each place. In the palace and some royal tombs, I made an old one and had my nephew wear it and explain it. Since it was a one-day tour that we planned and went by ourselves, our bodies were tired, but thanks to the driver who safely drove long distances, picked up and dropped off anywhere, and ran to us with just a tap, the trip was enriched and fun. Because we were traveling with children, a family of four booked a five-seater chartered car. We went from Da Nang to Hai Van Pass to Gu Linh Bay to Hue to visit the Imperial City. The scenery along the way was beautiful and the driver’s car was also very comfortable. The lunch driver introduced it The restaurant is delicious and cheap. Ordering four dishes for four people only costs VND 255,000. It is really recommended to charter a car when traveling with children. You can go wherever you want. We didn't go out until 9 o'clock. Although we only saw the Imperial City when we arrived in Hue, the scenery on the way was so beautiful. I walked around the Imperial City slowly and was satisfied. There was no need to rush with the tour group. Hurry.

Very nice driver and trip. l recommend it. The person I contacted the night before specially helped me recommend the itinerary and restaurants, so that our family can have a fulfilling and smooth day! The driver is very kind and courteous, the cooperation is super good, and the English communication is smooth. On the way, he also recommended me his personal favorite local coffee shop. It is rare to drink a coffee hut that only local people go to. What a surprise.
