Ngong Ping 360 is wheelchair-friendly, with dedicated boarding ramps, spacious cabins for mobility aids, and staff assistance during boarding and disembarking. Upon arrival at Tung Chung Station, disabled passengers can request assistance from staff, who will guide them to the elevator on Mei Tung Street to reach the ticketing counter on the second floor.

Tung Chung Terminal, the starting point of the Ngong Ping 360 cable car ride, is located near Tung Chung Station, part of the Hong Kong MTR system. It’s about 10-15 minutes from Hong Kong International Airport by taxi or bus. Alternatively, you can take the Airport Express to Hong Kong Station, then transfer to the Tung Chung Line.

Certain types of packages are refundable before redemption, please refer to the package detail or your voucher for the cancellation policy. If the cable car is closed on your participation date, please visit the attraction within the validity period stated on the voucher once it reopens.

Unfortunately, we cannot amend the participation date if you have a fixed-date ticket, nor can we change the package due to strict policies. For open tickets, you may redeem the voucher on or before the expiration date without notifying Klook.

For open-date ticket, please note that the booking would mark as completed even if the voucher has not been redeemed. But no worries, you may still use your voucher within the validity period.
