- Each passenger can bring 1 pet that its weight is not over 12kg. The pet must stay in pet carrier and must be accompanied. The pet must have no smell.

May have to prompt somtimes for driver details, but instructions are clear and operator is very responsive. Drivers drive safely and cars are clean and well-maintained. Drivers are not very fluent in English but Google translate helps to bridge the language barrier. Overall, enjoyed the service - this helped to make our Da Lat trip a memorable one 😄 p/s the hanging persimmons are really sweet! delicious
