MilaLux 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

Milalux organized a memorable trip for me and my families. Full activities from the beginning till the end keeping us away from boredom. Staffs are friendly, polite, and always around to assist. Halong Bay itself is beautiful and unique place.

Overall, it was an enjoyable trip! Booking through Klook was seamless. Transfer was on time and smooth. Enjoyed the variety of activities provided, from kayaking, hiking etc. However, squid fishing was not as ideal as it was not the season. Good spread of meals onboard, especially the set dinner course. Would definitely recommend.

After booking, the staff in charge of the cruise came to contact us. They were very kind and helped solve many problems we encountered at the time, so that we could travel smoothly and have a great experience. The things on the ship are ordinary, but the atmosphere is very good and the staff are also great. It is a very leisurely and relaxing time on the ship, and there are unexpected celebration surprises. Because the originally booked cruise ship was already fully booked, the agent was very professional and recommended this ship according to my needs. From booking to transfer, the agent was very careful in notifying me and reminding me about joining the group, which made me feel at ease. The seats in the shuttle bus were luxurious and comfortable, and the driver drove smoothly and safely. After boarding the ship at the dock, friendly service staff were waiting for us. Although the ship is not the newest, the facilities on the ship are well maintained, the room is very fragrant and clean, the bed is very good, the shower has sufficient water pressure, and the hot water supply is smooth and there is no need to wait. The air conditioner is also very powerful. It will feel cold when you sleep at night and you need to increase the temperature. The itinerary on the boat is very compact, and the tour leader is very clear about the various attractions. The service staff on this ship are very friendly and smiling. They are always ready to help if we have any questions. Especially Anna and Lan made us feel their enthusiasm for customer service and they are very attentive. The itinerary and service of this ship made us very happy to take MilaLux to see the beautiful scenery of Halong Bay. We spent a wonderful weekend there, but unfortunately our time in Halong Bay was too short. We will definitely go there again if we have the opportunity.

I would give it 5 star totally. This entire experience was top notch and worth every money we spent. We were picked up from our hotel in a comfortable limousine and were taken for a brief tour to the pearl farm on our way to the cruise. Then we were transferred to Milalux Cruise where Tom and the staff gave the best services. The cruise was entirely clean, pleasant smell, top notch food, lovely rooms with the amazing view with great attached showers and restrooms. We were taken to ti top island and 40 mins kayaking through the cave. There were even cooking class.The dinner and breakfast were amazing too. We mentioned we were vegetarians and they arranged us such delicious food in good quantity there. We saw them making extra efforts for newly wed couples and birthday person there. The whole experience had been wholesome with great memories. Thank you

I originally booked the Athena, but the travel agency informed me that the booking date was fully booked, so I chose Mila Lux based on the travel agency's suggestion! We boarded the ship with a nervous mood, but unexpectedly it brought us so many happy memories! I have to say that a large part of this joy is due to our tour guide Lẫm! It makes the whole boat full of fun and cares about everyone, he's really great. The dinner on the boat was delicious too!

Nice cruise with good activities, but it always was a feeling that we have so little time. next time only 3 days minimum

I originally booked Alisa, but was referred to Mila because it was fully booked. The contact person was quite polite during the process. In terms of the itinerary, it was a comfortable trip overall. Except for a few areas that could be improved (the room was not as good as the hotel in Hanoi city, and the boat trip was only 20-30 minutes and was a bit rushed), it was worth the money.

The trip was generally good, the room was a bit old but very clean, the bed and balcony were very comfortable. But one day it rained heavily and we were soaked. I wish the tour guide could have told us in advance. But the scenery is very beautiful!
