Ha Long Bay tour package is enjoyable as well as healthy for participants. It has a good amount of walking and trekking, which helps to burn calories from the sumptuous buffet lunch. The yacht is comfortable, the choice of food is great, the tour guide is caring and safety minded, and can adjust to different nationalities. My Ha Long Bay tour is highly satisfactory. I recommend other tourists to go for it.

We got Thanh as our tour guide. He was very helpful and organised. The tour was run smoothly under his control. The sceneries were stunning. We also got to do kayaking which wasn’t included in the package, we just paid 100k extra per person. It was super fun. Highly recommended tour!

Amazing!!! You must visit Ha Long Bay if you are ever in Vietnam, the views were breathtaking. Tour was very well organised by Klook. We had Sonny as our tour guide who was brilliant and he made sure everyone was ok throughout the day. The boat cruise was super, we had a really nice boat (it’s a shame I didn’t take pictures of it) and the crew were super nice.

Unfortunately, I was travelling in a large group (around 25 people) and therefore in a large bus. For my height of 1.81m, the distance between the seats is a bit too narrow. The journey takes around 2.5-3 hours there and back. The driver was very talkative and spoke very quickly, using the bus microphone and twice, as the tour was in Vietnamese and English. It was pretty annoying on the way there. As with the other tours, it was a bit like a coffee trip. But now for the positive. If you are in the south, definitely go along. I got some really cool impressions. At the cave you feel like you are in the film "Raiders of the Lost Ark", maybe it was the second part when they raced through the cave with the cart. For lunch there, you should take the buffet offer. If you want a wet bottom, please use the kayak to paddle yourself. Hopefully you have spare clothes with you. The speedboat is also a must. You will be shown a few more beautiful places and the "drivers" are crazy. It's really fun, although afterwards your hair will be ruined by the "wind" or your sun hat. Harald (the German-Man) wishes you lots of fun. I've only met great people here, taken home many impressions, but unfortunately also seen a very littered country (and unfortunately that's the case everywhere I've been).

Halong Bay is very big and spectacular, especially when taking a boat on the return journey. It is super beautiful. The experience of taking a bamboo raft boat <70000vnd> is also great. You can also choose a rubber boat <100000vnd>, but it is too tiring, so we choose a bamboo raft boat for you. People are slippery. When climbing to Hero Island, you must first consider your physical condition before climbing. Although the mountain is not long, it is very steep. It is really breathless to climb up. The View from above is really awesome. 🤣The inside of the Surprise Cave is much bigger than expected, but it is not recommended to come to Vietnam for a holiday. There are too many people and it is crowded enough. The service part and the tour guide are also very nice and nice. They will introduce the attractions to you in English.

This was my first time booking with Klook so I didn’t have any expectations hardly. We got picked up on time from our hotel to walk to some destination where a mini bus took us to the main meeting point. Our guide has been nice the whole time and always checking in with everyone in the bus as much as possible. I loved Halong bay tour along with surprising cave. It was a unique experience for us. We didn’t do paid activities in Titop island but enjoyed the fruit snacks and noodles from the vendors there. The beach view is also amazing. The only area for improvement for me would be the boat lunch food. I don’t care if it’s a simple egg dish or tiny clam soup as long as they at least put enough salt and maybe pepper in it because everything tasted bland. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves. This is a must do when in Hanoi or you can also book a room in Halong for a night or two or even an overnight cruise to the Bay. The view is just simply spectacular and the road from Hanoi to the destination is impressive.

I'm glad to choose this operator, they offered the lowest price and we had good time. All activities were on time, the tour guide English wasn't perfect but she did an amazing job to relay the information. The seafood lunch was OK. Highlights: -Amazing surprising cave tour -Titop hike -25-min kayaking (I think this is the only operator provides surprising cave, titop tour and kayaking combo at the time of our visit) Area of improvement: -pick-up process can be smoother. -no room for legs in the shuttle bus. I'm not really that tall but I find it very uncomfortable to squeeze in that space. I'm glad they took the highway.

The best way to see Halong Bay fully in a one day is to book this tour. It may start so early around 7:30 am pick up and ends back to your hotel around 8pm to 8:30pm but it is all worth it and full day of activities. This is your chance to see this new wonders of the world. It’s cheap and the tour guide Le Thanh is so knowledgeable and funny.
