Hop On and Hop Off Bus in Reykjavik

This bus tour is very helpful for people who have just arrived in Iceland. It allows you to recognize important places, learn about local history, and get a better understanding of the city. I highly recommend it for first-time visitors to Iceland.

During winter there is only 1 bus going through the city so keep in mind for your travel time. The live tracking for the bus isnt accurate so better ask your driver when they will circle back to your stop (the website said bus will come every 30 mins -- but driver said 45 mins) so better confirmed to avoid long wait.

Found this pass easier to use to travel around Reykjavik main attractions. Decided to use it as our main transport here.

Driver doesn't automatically stop to the designated stop. been told have to press the stop bus buzzer. Not all drivers were friendly.

Not worth the money, very few landmarks and barely any information through the audio guide. Reykjavík is very small and easy to get your bearings in without doing the hop on hop off bus.

Please tell the operator that its arrangements can be better. For example, it takes a long time to park at the cruise terminal and let the whole car be full before driving, which wastes a lot of time.

Good to ride to get around Reykjavík. Need to find the alight stops with the bus stands so you won’t miss a stop

It took me a while to find a ride, and I missed the ride. Because of the long waiting time between each bus, I wanted to go to the next place to catch a ride, but after looking at the map, there was no clear pick-up location. then gave up
