We went on the boat tour twice as there were no northern lights on the first time and they said we can refresh the ticket for free, and luckily it happened the second time once the boat set off. It was easy to rebook without any issues!
As per what they market, it’s a good option to stay warm while waiting for the aurora to appear. The guide also gave very good pointers on camera settings including phones as well as directions of the aurora. So glad to score an aurora view as the week I am at have two days cancelled and I was pleasantly surprised to see the aurora. Really all about no expectations give the best experience.
