You can shop at the market together and hear detailed explanations about local food sources. You can cook according to the menu you choose, taste it one by one, and create happy memories. Once the process is complete, the recipe will be sent to you by email so you can make it again at home. I also love that they provide a pick-up service. There is a lot of food prepared, so if you are full, please take it out and eat it at your accommodation :) It was a friendly and pleasant class. thank you!

Galangal cooking school was wonderful! It was great to get the hands on learning experience from real local experts so when I go back home I know I got the taste right when I go to recreate these dishes. I really appreciate how helpful the teachers were and they made the class and market tour so fun! I had a great time and would highly recommended this cooking school to anyone interested! I'm already using the cook book at home to build my grocery list so I can start cooking Thai food again this week. Thanks again! AHHHH. I enjoyed this cooking class so much! I booked the evening class and was able to see a glimpse of the market and the most common ingredients in Thai cuisines. We made a plenty of dishes (4) per person and it was beyond appetizing! We learned how to cook various dishes and were able to enjoy them after so it's pretty much a fun experience, giving us plenty of time to digest after each food preparation too. Our guide was so nice and patient with us and was able to introduce us to the flavors of Thailand. The van service was hassle-free and all of the other staff were also accommodating. If I come back to Chiang Mai (hopefully soon bec I love it so much here), I'll definitely book this cooking class! 100% will recommend. 🤎

The itinerary includes a visit to the market, four dishes, mango sticky rice, and Thai milk tea teaching. It is a very interesting course. It is recommended to participate. The teacher's teaching explanation is very clear. It takes about two hours to take the cooking class, and you can eat at the table outside after finishing it. .The classroom is very clean, and after finishing, there are assistants who will help clean the utensils.

Four of us reserved the place that day. Thanks to Mr. Awen for patiently teaching us four cooking novices to prepare a table of delicious dishes!

From introducing ingredients at the market to learning about meals in the classroom, the teacher was very patient and it was a full harvest - delicious and fun!

Mr. Cucumber, who was a cooking teacher, was very kind and nice. He was also very good at English, but he was considerate of us and spoke slowly so that we could understand it. On the way, he went to the market and explained each ingredient one by one, so it was a great experience. The cooking place was very clean, and even people who are new to making Thai food explained how to make it easily. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha since I was so full after eating Pad Thai and tom yum goong with beer, I packed up the food I couldn't eat and ate it for a late night snack and ate it until the next day. I think it will remain Highly recommend!!!
