From Krabi : Koh Hong Day Tour by Speedboat

the tour guide is what makes this. we were hosted by Sila and Bam, who were caring and humourous making this a very enjoyable experience. note December/jan is peak season and it was very packed despite only being for Hong Island. the food was average but you go for the experiences, and the access to unique locations. recommend bringing sea sickness pills

Had an amazing trip to the Hong Islands along with Lao Lading and Pakbia islands. Pickup from hotel was right on time. It was basically 3 island tour with lunch served at Lao Lading island. Hong island is by far the most beautiful location with crystal clear waters and fishes in them. It's safe even for children to swim with very gentle waves. The lagoons around the islands are simply amazing but need luck due the tides conidition at the time of visit. On area of improvements is the lunch served, which is kind of dry chicken and rice with fruits so a little difficult for children to eat otherwise not a deal breaker. Overall an breathtaking experience with klook as always.

Hong island is amazing and has a super beautiful beach, don't forget to bring your snorkeling mask when you go down to the beach. the stairs to the viewpoint are tiring but the view is worth it.

We will visit four locations by speedboat. We will be picked up from the hotel and move to the pier, and when we arrive, we will check in for the tour we are participating in. We will fill in the hotel name, room number, and name and wait to board. We will wait for about 30 minutes, and when our name is called, we will board. The first port of call is a lagoon with a narrow entrance and a wide middle, and we will enjoy the scenery without getting off the boat. The second and third are beaches with sand and we will stay there for 40 to 50 minutes. There are also toilets and shops. The last is a beach where we will stay for about 2 hours including a lunch break. You can sunbathe and swim at all beaches, but you should not expect much snorkeling. The visibility is 3 to 4 meters and the water is quite murky. Also, all the landing sites are crowded with many boats and tourists. It is a good idea to participate while enjoying the scenery as if you were island hopping.

The pickup went smoothly. We were then driven together with other participants to a large square near Ao Nang and assigned to the groups there. All providers are represented there, so the rush is very large. Then we go onto the boat, where you sit tight but not oppressively. Everything is a bit old and loud in Thai style. Hong Bay itself was very beautiful, but overcrowded with tourists (like us). Snorkeling is prohibited at low tide. Unfortunately, there were also a lot of jellyfish in the water, which somewhat spoiled the snorkeling experience. The whole trip takes much longer than stated, we only got back at 4:30 p.m.

Snorkeling in several places. The natural scenery was beautiful at each snorkeling spot and I was able to see various marine life. Unlike other tours, this is not a snorkeling tour where you dive into the middle of the ocean, but rather a snorkeling tour where you can go down to the island and go to deep and shallow areas on your own from the beach. The price is reasonable and the guide is friendly. This tour is recommended for both those who want to snorkel and those who want to see the island.

It only takes about 30 minutes to take a speedboat to the three islands of Hongdao, which allows you to have an entire island experience without crowds. I will come again. It is really worth visiting again. Maria, the tour leader, was very encouraging.

we visited 3 islands in total. hong island being the last one which was gorgeous and saw some lovely fish while snorkling. you can’t snorkel on the other 2 islands. there is not much to do on the other 2 islands. and unfortunately a lot of jelly fish and plastic bottles etc. the lunch was like warm. but plenty of water and oj on offer

They give you a lot of rice, and it's pretty tasty. They also give me fruit at lunchtime and when I get on the boat after the schedule is over. They give you ice cream until you get off the last boat and it's good value for money. The guide is really kind and takes really good pictures. In fact, it's a background that comes out well no matter how you take it, but you take a lot of good pictures with passion. Oh, the guide explained that the Hong Island tour is a resting tour~ Take a signature picture on the boat and go to three islands and have free time~ Snorkeling trekking You can lie down on the beach as you like~ There is no snorkeling in the middle of the sea!
